Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to reschedule the concert to Saturday, May 22nd.
The DSO Strings, under the direction of Ariel Rudiakov, will perform a concert of Bach, Lasser, Mendelssohn, Vivaldi and will also premier a new composition, Shelter, written for the DSO strings by concertmaster and composer Larry Deming. The DSO is excited to welcome back violinist Joana Genova who will perform Bach’s Violin Concerto in A minor with the ensemble.
This concert is made possible by the generous funding of the Deming Family and the City of Danbury Cultural Commission.
Meet us at Tarrywile by the gazebo near the mansion. Bring your own chair or blanket. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
