American Soundscapes
The Danbury Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Ariel Rudiakov, will perform a concert of American composers.
Music will include William Grant Still’s Poem for Orchestra , Ferde Grofe: Grand Canyon Suite, Scott Joplin, Bethena and the premiere of local composer, Thomas Caprino’s, Rhapsody No.1 for Orchestra, The DSO will be joined by pianist Will Duchon for George Gershwin’s most famous work, Rhapsody in Blue.
